1. General Terms of Service◈ Orders are carried out strictly in the order of the queue;◈ No Refunds;◈ Works are not drawn for commercial use;◈ Try to describe as accurately as possible what and who you would like to see in the work. References with characters, music playlists are welcome;◈ In order to take an order, fill out the Commission form;◈ You can track your art status and your place in the queue on the Trello board.Deadline:Depends of the complexity of the work. Usually it takes from 1 to 2 weeks;The process of work:◈ I will send you several sketches (2-3), if you are satisfied with one of them, then after payment i will continue working on it;◈ Next, i will send a more detailed sketch to approve the details and avoid a lot of edits on rendering;◈ During the work, you will be periodically shown the process. All major corrections (poses, clothes, changing and etc) should be done in the sketch;◈ Complete redraw of the final sketch is not allowed once approved;◈ During production, images of work-in-progress will be sent for review/s and may have a smaller size, watermark, or have a lo-res than the finished art;◈High-res file along with the unwatermarked version will be sent via the chosen platform.2. Payment◈ Full payment after sketch's approvement;◈ You will be notified of the payment due before proceeding to complete the work;◈ You are given only 3 days to pay after notification;◈ Currency accepted in USD/RUB and can be paid via Hipolink.
I will create a post with the required amount for the order, which you will need to pay, then after payment I will hide it. The content of the post will contain a sketch approved by you.

Copyright and usage policy◈ I'm, Chakiryshka, as an artist, claim full rights to the artwork;I am allowed to:◈...Use/distribute/publish the piece for self-promotion, and as a part of my portfolio;◈...Reuse the unfinished arts (if the order was canceled) and unused sketches (not with the client's original characters or designs);◈...Decline a commission under any condition and I am not required to disclose the reasons;Not allowed:◈ Disclose personal information of customers without their consent;◈ Claim the rights to the characters and designs of the customers.◈ The client's personal information will not be disclosed without the their consent.You are allowed to:◈ Use the commissioned art only for personal use (in the SNS, on the profile picture or icons, on the wallpaper, etc.);◈ Print the art for personal purposes;◈ Post it on any platforms convenient for you with the preservation of the author's signatures and the addition of the author'snickname to the description;You are not allowed to:◈...Remove or edit signature/watermark of artist on a commission;◈...Submit the commissioned piece for reselling or mining it as an NFT;◈ Any commercial use, the use of images for advertising purposes;The following is considered copyright infringement:◈ Claiming the artwork as your own;◈ Removing the artist's signature from the artwork;◈ Using the copyrighted artwork commercially (make money off it in any form);◈ Even if the art is drawn specifically for you, it is strictly forbidden to sell NFT tokens created on its basis.
